1:1 Partner WOD (partner completes each movement then switches. Reps are not split)

Shuttle run (down to 25 ft, back, down to 50 ft, back, run to wall, back)

10 Heavy Medball Squats

10 Heavy Medball Ground to over the shoulder (FLAT BACKS!!!)

10 Heavy Medball Russian Twists
