WOD:    In teams of 3


                In 10 minutes


                Find Heavy 3 on Back Squat


                *Each teammate must complete the weight for 3 reps before going up


                Rest 2 minutes, then


                8 min AMRAP


                Max reps @ 70% of heaviest 3 Back Squat


                *Only 1 person working at a time, may switch as needed


                Score is team heavy 3/team reps
