1) 8/6 Calorie Row

2) 12 DB Thursters (20-30/10- 20)

3) 40 ft Sled Push (empty sled for girls/ 50lbs added for guys)

4) 12 Ball Slams (20/14)

5) 30 Single Unders

*Only having 2 sleds, if class size is 10 or less, place 2 people per station and have them stay in

order

*If raining or class size is larger than 10, please sub a 1 way plate push (45/25) for sled push*
