Heavy 2

WOD: Teams of 3

Station 1 – Plate Push DnB (45/25)

Station 2 – 15/12 Cal AAB

Stations 3 – 125 Single Unders (sub 15/12 row for injuries)

3 Rounds

*Each teammate will start at a station and complete desired reps. They may not move to the next station until everyone on the team is finished. Once everyone is finished they may rotate to the next movement and start. Keep rotating until each teammate has done each station 3 times.

*If a team of 2, just have an open station but same rules apply as above. Only rotate when both are finished and ill still complete each station 3 times.
