Warm-Up:  3 x 10 PVC pass-throughs, 5 squats, handstand walk or bear crawl, 5 push-ups, 5 hollow rocks, 10 one-legged forward-backward hops, each leg, 100-meter run

Skill: Overhead squat – focus on maintaining proper overhead position throughout movement

WOD:

7min AMRAP

6 overhead squats, PVC-15# barbell
6 jump-over burpees
6 tuck jumps
