Beginning of 2013 PT test. This will give the kids a change to see how much they improved from 2012
In 1 minute max:  sit ups, push ups, squats
For time:  40m shuttle run, 50m sprint, 100m sprint
For Distance: Broad Jump, Vertical Jump
