Warm Up: 200m run then, 10 jumping jacks , alligator crawl, 10 squats, 50-meter high-knee skip, 50-meter back pedal

Skill: Review squat and sit up technique and good plank position

WOD: How long can you hold?
Hold the plank position for as long as you can. As each child breaks their plank they need to do 7 sit ups and 7 squats. The last child to break their plank leads the class in a follow the leader run. Then a new round begins.
