Warm-Up: Alligator crawl to con, forward roll down blue mat, broad jumps to con, 1 cartwheel, 15 second bar hang

Focus: Superman-hollow and perfect push up.

Core work: Partners face each other in a plank position and hold 1 hand with their partner. At go they must try to pull their partner down

WOD:
4 rounds
20 yd shuttle run (down the turf)
20 squats
15 mountain climbers
10 push-ups
5 hollow rocks

Game: Plank tag- students must stay in a plank position as they move around the turf
