Parent's Night Out
It's Official. . .
CrossFit Jaguar is now also CrossFit Kids Jaguar and we kicked off our children's inaugral program with a FUN filled night full of activity! And that's B.I.G. fun (broad, inclusive and general). From learning life skills such as leadership and respect, dancing to the tunes of DJ & Coach Jimmy, wodding, playing games, movies, storytime and a smoothie bar party it was quite the night. And it gave the parents some much needed downtime.
A big, big round of applause is order for Coaches Amy & Kate for the awesome job they did. But then again, we had a great group of future CrossFitters. Look out Mom & Dad--these are the stars of tomorrow.
