A) CF S-WOD; no touch and go, reset each time for perfect reps, find heaviest double for the day.

B) CF Metcon

C) Pausing Snatch pulls, using 90% of your 1rm snatch, pause just below the knee for 3 seconds, and then pull aggressively, finishing with a shrug. 3 sets of 3 reps, straps ok.
