C) Bar complex; pull up, chest to bar, bar muscle up (kipping ok); 10 min for max reps.

(if you can’t complete the complex, scale it. Pull up, ctb, or strict pull up, kipping pull up. If you cannot do that, work on your current strict pull up progression)
