A) Clean; 3sets, 2 @ 90% no more than 20 sec between reps

B) CF Metcon

C) Strict Chest to bar ladder; 4sets same as prior weeks, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc, drop between reps. Example, 1 rep drop, 2 reps drop, 3 reps drop, when you fail to get the next rep, rest 3min and start over.
