B) 20min EMOM

min 1 – 10 Front rack lunges (alternating) (135/95)

min 2 – 9 ring dips

min 3 – 12 / 10 cal row

min 4 – 1 legless rope climb (or 2 regular)

C) 25 burpee box jumps for time (24/20)
