I was extremely intimidated by CrossFit because I was worried about getting injured. I wanted to quit every time I went for the first couple of weeks. Now, I enjoy every minute of the workouts and go out of my way to ensure I can attend at least three times a week.
My first achievement was overcoming the assault bike. When I started CrossFit, I avoided the assault bike, and favored the rower or running. Now, when given the option I will use the assault bike.
I am working on doing a pull up without bands. My favorite Jaguar memory was doing my birthday workout with fellow CrossFit friends and husband cheering me on.
