I came to CrossFit Lite in order to strengthen my core to make other exercises easier. My first impression was that some of the workouts were a lot shorter that I am use to but just at higher intensity. I've learned to love that part of CrossFit because when you are doing thrusters you are glad it's a short workout!! The first time I felt like my efforts were finally paying off is when I was able to complete a rope climb. I am working on handstand push-ups and pull ups so I don't always have to scale down. 5. My favorite memory is when the whole CrossFit Lite group (except for Jim) moved over to the 5:45am class together and got to learn new lifts together.
