Athan's first impression of CrossFit Kids was that it would be hard if you are overweight. But, he learned that all the movements got easier the more time he spend doing them and the fitter you get!
He says that his biggest achievement is being able to do 5 full burpees nonstop. He is currently working toward his goal of getting a 130lb deadlift!
When we asked Athan what his favorite Jaguar memory was, he said "Being pushed on the prowler at the old Jag and coming in second at the pie eating contest at the Jag party!"
