CF Jaguar March Athletes of the Month: Ashley and Madison
Ashley has been a lot of fun to have at Jaguar. She's always smiling and always has something silly to say! This past year, she has really started to be consistent in her training and is aways asking for help with nutrition and training. Asking for help is one thing, but it takes a true trooper to follow through and be coachable, which is what she has definitely proven to be this past year!! She's always fun to have around and we are super glad to have her be part of the gainz fam.

Madison!! I love this girl. She works so hard in the gym and has such a positive attitude. She is always trying to improve her lifts, her gymnastics and her overall fitness, but has a sense of humor while learning more. She has not only put in work in the gym, but also on her nutrition and it shows! If you haven't seen her before and after pictures you need to check them out on our site. I'm very proud of her and can't wait to see how far she will go!
