You feel the energy in the air and see the drive in the eyes.
I am fortunate to have such a wonderful group of CrossFitters.  I see the daily improvements in each and every one of you.  I notice the effort straight from core and the heart in the intensity; I see the sweat pouring out of you as you give all that you have to each and every workout.  I also see the pride and sense of accomplishment in the glow of the after effects.  Am I going soft on you?  Hell no!  I’m just grateful–great job everyone.
