Or any other time of the day for that matter, you’re much better off eating the whole fruit.  The concentration of sugar in the orange juice would only spike your insulin levels.  Take this breakfast instead for example; we’ve 2 scrambled eggs with 3 ounces of scallops for a little added protein.  A small chunk of coconut, a fruit with healthy fat and the only questionable item is the 7 Sprouted Grains flourless bread.  The jury is still out on that one; but if you do choose to include this do so sparingly and pair with a teaspoon of organic butter (preferably raw). 

Yum!  Feed the machine with fuel for optimal performance.
