What brought you to CrossFit in the first place? I was speaking with a colleague from work and mentioned to him that I was hitting the gym and working out but it was not fun because things got monotonous after a while, he then told me to try CrossFit. He told me stories about his CrossFitting days and how his endurance improved. I took his advice and it was the best advice ever.

The second person who inspired me into CrossFit was Bharath Arabhandi, he used to be a part of CF Jaguar a few years back and he told me all about CrossFitting and how it would bring about a change in my lifestyle.

Thanks to these two guys, the past five months have been the best five months ever for me.

What was your first impression? How has that changed?  I thought that like in a gym we get to workout one body part a day, but I was very wrong. Everyday is different, everyday is exciting. And I’m glad I was wrong.

What was your first “achievement”? During my second week at CF Jaguar, there was skill-workout for knee raises, after the demo was done by the coach, I told myself that I was never going to do that. But when knee raises came up again after a few months I managed to get it done. I was happy and I consider that be my first achievement.

What are you working on now? I’m working on losing weight and clean eating. I want be fit and increase my endurance. I am also focusing on completing a full rope climb.

What’s your favorite Jaguar memory? Signing up for CF Jaguar after my introduction class.
