Congratualtions Jeff for winning the Men’s Longest Drive on hole #4 at the Westchase Golf Tournament yesterday.  The tournament,  put on by the Carrollwood  Area Business Association was a fundraiser for the school committee.  CrossFit Jaguar sponsored the Men’s Longest Drive and offered Jeff a challenge:   Redeem his prize of one month of unlimited Crossfit classes by attending his 1 on 1 fitness assessment, a minimum of 3 classes a week and we will GUARANTEE that we can add a minimum of 10 yards to his drive of 325 yards.

How can we guarantee that?  We’re not “Golf Pros”.  By improving his cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, flexibility, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.  That’s worth at least 10 yards.
