What a great way to celebrate your birthday–a CrossFit workout.  Peter gave us an all out stellar performance as usual on his 57th birthday!  In addition to CrossFit workouts Peter plays tennis at least 3 times a week and hits the ski slopes in various parts of the world 2 times a year.  It ain’t the age, it’s the heart  and the attitude.
