rest as needed and then:

10 burpees
Sprint 50 M
10 mountain climbers
sprint 50 M
10 push ups
sprint 50 M

2 rounds for time

Gerrald, 79 and Grace, 81; married over 52 years doing  modified push ups together during their CrossFit workout.  Most folks their age are wiling away their days comparing their prescription meds and doctors’ appointments.  While doctors do save lives and fix broken things there’s a lot to be said for prevention.  Genetics you may say; oh, it plays a part as does attitude, exercise and healthy nutrition.  And we have control over those.
