Memorial Weekend Kick Off

200 M run
100 M DB farmer’s walk (50% bodyweight)
if you set the dumbbells down at any point you must do 3 burpees
10 wall balls (20#/14#)
20 push ups
20 DB swings (55#/35#)
20 burpees
50 jump ropes
20 box jumps
20 sit ups

4 rounds for time

Glad to have Ray Ray back, I know she enjoyed her first set of burpees today.  And we also would like to welcome Lia, Sheila, Deidre and Mary to our CrossFit family.  You are all off to a great start and we glad to have you as our wonderful family continues to grow.

Let’s not forget the true meaning of Memorial Day as we kick off this weekend.  Yes, it signifies the beginning of summer but MORE importantly it commemorates the U.S. men and women who died while in the military service.  So if you felt today’s workout was tough, let us dig deep and think of all those people, it’s the least we can do.
