Ladder of Armageddon

20 reps of each of the following:

push ups
pull ups
squats
sit ups
box jumps
DB push press (30#/20#)
lunges
swings (40#/25#)
1 50 M tire drag
dips
overhead squat (65#/45#)
burpees
sledgehammer slams
tire rows
snatches (30#/20#)

As many rounds as possible.  40 minute cut off time

Rocky, CrossFit Jaguar’s pet squirrel is chilling out after a hard morning of climbing trees, sprinting through the parking lot and a post workout meal of raw peanuts.  Rest and recovery is just as important as intense training–balance is the key.
