Teams of 2:

150 m tire flips, partner walks with barbell overhead (45#/30#) while other flips

100 sumo deadlift high pulls (45#/30#)
100 tire dips                                   Team totals
100 sledge hammer slams    

10 DB lunges (40#/25#)
10 burpees
10 DB swings (40#/25#)
5 rounds for time; must finish as a team, whoever finishes first may help teammate with remaining reps


Working together creates a much stronger force than working alone or apart.
