Well, today was the day.  After 8 months of intense training and proper nutrition Niolce and Joey finally tied the knot and let me tell you she was one buff bride!  While the rehearsal dinner sometimes kicks off full force debauchery for the bridal party Nicole and her bridesmaid Kara (picture above) were up bright and early for a CrossFit workout along with 2 other guests.  Modified only slightly due to the fact the Westin Buckhead was not exactly set up CrossFit friendly we did 5 jump squats, 10 push ups and 15 DB swings (50#/30# ), 11 rounds for time.  The bride to be banged it out in under 15 minutes.
