That’s Nicole looking really good after just 3 solid months of CrossFit 4 to 5 times a week and eating. . . .meat, fish, fowl, vegetables, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. She’s getting ready for her wedding on June 20th and has lost 15 pounds to date. On a recent trip home to Atlanta her friends were amazed at how awesome she looked and asked “Oh my God, what are you doing?” I’m exercising intensely and eating right–it’s not brain surgery!
That’s her finace, Joey–great guy. But he better stay in line, she can almost deadlift him.
