We’re good here, I admit that.  But these results were hard for even me to believe.

“M” joined our group on 6/1/09 weighing in at 164.5 lbs.  She jumped in full force, completed 5 workouts her first week, took the weekend off and radically changed her nutrition per our recommendations.  Her adherence was near perfection.  She weighed in today, at 154 lbs!!  She had her shoes on last time but even accounting 1 1/2 lbs for the sneakers that’s still a 9 pound loss in 7 days.  Mostly water, I will admit but 9 pounds less that “M” is carrying around.  With a start like this I can’t wait to see the finish; but then again there is no finish line. . .
