What a trooper Diane is.  She has some wicked skin flaps from the bear crawls on Saturday.  We’re still not sure how she did them but they were quite large and not pretty.   Did she let that stop her from doing tonight’s pull up workout?  Absolutely not, she taped them up and charged forward.  Now that’s the CrossFit attitude!
