Ageless, timeless, strength and fineness.  Noone exemplifies that more than Pete; 63 years young and he’s outrun, out lifted and outdid people more than half his age.  CrossFit will allow a person to do that.  A busy Tampa attorney, the stress of daily life does not stop Pete from getting in here at least 3x a week.  You see, in his mind Pete still thinks he’s 23; that’s not to say he doesn’t train smart, listening to his body and modifying when necessary but his “can do” attitude keeps him young in body, mind and heart.  You won’t see Pete on the shuffleboard court any weekend soon.
