I have worked out in some form or fashion for the majority of my adult life. I have trained with professionals on a one on one basis and have followed routines on my own. There we years I would train 9 – 10 months and then years where I slacked off and maybe got in a good 3 months.
Since my midtwenties, I have never had to lose weight but always desired to get tonedand firm with some definition. That never happened. I could strengthtrain, cardio train, metabolic train, etc but the muscles I desired did notdevelop. That was until CrossFit! I began CrossFit the middle of January2009 and within a 6 week time frame, I noticed results – the muscle kindresults. I haven’t gained or lost but the definition that has developed isamazing to me. I love the class – get in 5 days a week most weeks – theworkouts are all different to keep you interested – I feel better – sleepbetter and look better. I would recommend this to everyone!
