Warm Up:
Simon Says

Front Squats and Thrusters

Med Ball Relay Races

Partner 1 runs down to the first cone with their med ball and then preforms 10 jump ropes, runs back and tags in partner 2. Partner 2 does the same thing, coming back and tagging in partner 3. Once partner 1 is back in line, they run to the second cone and preform 5 DB Thrusters and run back to tag in partner 2 and will follow suit until everyone has gone through.
