Workout of the day – March 21st, 2017
Warm Up – Baseball
Skill – Plank and T-Plank Holds
WOD – Capture the Balls
One basket holds (2) lacrosse balls, (1) slam, and (1) medball for each person. At the call of 3-2-1 Go, each person will run and grab one ball at a time and take it back to their cone. After all four balls are retrieved, they must take the balls back, one by one, to the center basket. First person to do so is the winner.
