Partner A: Front Squat Hold (held below parallel) 95/65

Partner B: 50 American KBS 53/35 while Partner A HOLDS

then…

Partner A: Back Squat Hold (held below parallel) 95/65

Partner B: 50 Pistols while Partner A HOLDS (use recent subs  last resort 100 air squats)
