R & R is just as important as our daily workouts.   We must balance our lives; there is a time to work and a time to play; a time to spend with family, friends and time spent alone.  Nature is a splendid place to refresh and regroup our inner selves.  Even 30 minutes spent in a tranquil setting can do wonders for us and other areas of our lives.  Make sure you take the time for yourself because only then can you benefit others.
