Welcome aboard Sheila!  I am impressed; it’s Sheila’s first week of CrossFit.  We had our Metabolic Typing results session on Wednesday to get her started on proper Crossfit nutrition and Thursday morning she shows up for the workout and has all her meals for the day packed and prepared! 

In summary, fresh cooked, organic asparagus, a bag of organic spinach with an organic vinegarette dressing.  Proteins included turkey sausage (nitrate free) and lean ground beef (grass fed, hormone free) rounded off with an apple and bottled water.

This is someone that lives by herself and works 3 jobs.  Okay, who doesn’t have the time?  Excuses are just that; where there is a will there is a way.  Way to go Sheila!!  Stay tuned all, this should be a phenomenal testimonial in a few months. . .
