Jarrod, former college baseball athlete, started his CrossFit program on Monday, radically changed his nutrtition on Tuesday and made it through 4 classes so far this week, with a rest day on Friday and plans to round out the week with Saturday’s class.

Jarrod turns 30 on November 12, 2009 and has set some serious goals for loss of body fat and getting back into top notch athletic form.  His exact words were “you own me for 6 months”.  Well Jarrod, with that attitude and the effort you’ve shown us this week, you’re going to make them!  Full testimonial and most likely a party on Nov. 12th!

For the record:  when you’re 49, 30 is nothing but it’s all relative.  I felt the same way 19 years ago.
