In the beginning Lizette weighed 171 lbs, at present 147.5 lbs. for a total loss of 23.5 lbs. Body fat went from 35.1 to 28.8 and total inches lost were 22.75.
In the beginning she was on blood pressure meds, off now. Her total cholesterol was 197, now 150. Even more impressive is the breakdown: HDL went from 77 to 87, LDL from 79 to 33, Triglycerides from 200 to 150. Her doctor said “I don’t know what you’re doing but keep on doing it!”
It’s a shame we can’t patent this; then we’d have the wealth of the pharmaceutical companies. Aaah, but you can’t put a price tag on this kind of progress.
