Warm Up:
2 Rounds

Turf Run

:30 squats, :30 rest

:30 sit ups, :30 rest

:30 jump rope, :30 rest

Skill:
Kettlebell Deadlifts

WOD:
Death by Sprints and Kettlebell Deadlifts

At minute 1, perform 2 sprints + 2 KB DLs

At minute 2, perform 4 sprints + 2 KB DLs

At minute 3, preform 6 sprints + 2 KB DLs

Keep adding 2 sprints to every minute until 7 min when workout ends.

GAME!!!!!!
