Lacy has been coming to the CF Jaguar for years. She usually comes in the evening and is very quiet. She’s a lot of fun to coach, because she is willing to laugh and listens to cues. Recently, she stepped out of her comfort zone and competed in Jaguar Games. She made the podium with her partner and it has lit a fire! Lacy is working even harder in class now and it’s awesome to watch.

Jim is a boss. He always pushes harder than most people I know, and did so leading up to his shoulder surgery every single day he could. As soon as he was cleared to come back, he was back at the box working hard and killing it during WODs. He’s a pleasure to coach because he’s humble and loves AC/DC Pandora.
