Workout of the day – January 4th, 2017

Warm Up:
Chase the Ball – Instructor rolls a medball at varying speeds and has the kids chase the ball down. Once they perform the exercises and rep count the instructor calls out. Last person to the ball must carry the ball back to the start line.

Front Rack Positioning and Front Squats

10 Front Squats

150ft run

10 Pushups
