When I started working out with Paula 6 months ago I was in decent shape, but didn’t feel fit. Paula spent time with me to understand my fitness goals and together we laid out a plan to reduce my body fat, tone my physique, and more importantly make fitness part of my lifestyle.
I’m pleased to state that today at the age of 45, I’m in the best shape of my adult life. I feel strong, confident, and healthy and I attribute this to Paula’s innovative approach to training. Her knowledge of fitness and nutrition are shared in my workouts and that has truly made a difference in my fitness level.
When I started working out, I was in decent shape but weighed 186# with 18% body fat and couldn’t make it through an entry level cardiovascular workout. Today I weigh 172# with 10% body fat and I can drive through a 60 minute high intensity workout. Thanks Paula for helping me achieve and maintain my fitness goals.
