WOD: Death by situps

10 weighted situps (25/15) + 1(+1) situp

*Every minute preform 10 weighted situps plus 1 regular situps. Keep adding 1 regular situp each round. 10 weighted situps will stay fixed each round.

*15 min cap

*When a person fails to complete a round, the next round they will hold a :20 plank until last person is finished

Score is tabata row + tabata jump rope + rounds completed
