Carol Ann Jenkins, Update
My quest for fitness continues. For the past 3 months I participated in the CEO Fitness Challenge. Paula closely guided my nutrition and exerc ise routines throughout the 12 week challenge.
I participated in the group CrossFit workouts 5-6 times a week and diligently followed Paula’s recommended changes in nutrition. I enjoy the group CrossFit workouts. The workouts are empowering and the group is supportive. We have a good time while getting fit. We are all in it together as we strive to improve our fitness and nutrition. During the fitness challenge I lost another 13 pounds and 7% body fat. Paula was as enthusiastic and motivated about the challenge as I was. My fitness accomplishment as a result of the challenge was recognized on ABC Action News. In addition to the physical benefits, I’ve benefited both professionally and personally. Paula, thank you for guiding me to enhance my nutrition and exercise routines to help me achieve my fitness goals.
