ann-smallThe ability to gain more distance in my golf shots has improved dramatically since I started training with Paula. Strengthening my legs and glutes has helped improve my balance, which is key to insuring a sold strike of the ball. A golf posture lateral raise with the band helps build endurance and strength without building mass on the shoulder muscles. This has helped improve my control as well as the speed of the club head.
