Our talented trainers have years of CrossFit experience, plus the knowledge, insight and compassion they need to help you reach your goals. They are dedicated to helping every member achieve their personal best in fitness, performance and improved overall quality of life. Meet the team that will take you there.

  • Paula Jager

    Founding Owner

    Founding Owner Paula Jager has been personally and professionally involved in the fitness industry since 1995. Her competitive background includes obstacle course and women’s fitness competitions and currently powerlifting. She believes fitness fuels your health and mental well being; keeps you young, ages you gracefully and prevents age related diseases caused by a sedentary lifestyle and poor nutritional habits.

    Introduced to CrossFit in 2008 it propelled her philosophies to the next level and she hasn’t looked back. it matters not what condition you start in but what your desire to improve is.

    Today, as the founder of CrossFit Jaguar, she specializes in making people the best they can be. “I love seeing the ‘I can’ mentality come into being,” she says. When Paula is not at the box she can be found in her kitchen cooking, writing or at the beach with her husband Rick. Her favorite quote “that which doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”

  • Eberle Funches

    Coach

    Veteran CrossFitter Eberle has a passion for knowledge and helping people move better. Nothing is more rewarding for her than seeing the light bulb moment in her client’s eyes when the right cue brings the desired action.

    Eberle’s athletic back ground did not being until the age of 30. Prior to discovering CrossFit she ran 39 marathons, 2, 50 mile and 1, 100 mile ultra marathons along with a 13 time ironman performance. A gear switch to CrossFit and 4 years later Eberle competed in the Masters Division of the 2015 CrossFit Games.

    After falling in love with the sport she knew her path was destined as a CrossFit coach. A recent move brought her to the Tampa Bay area and CF Jag. Always in a state of growth and intention she enjoys sharing the journey with all she meets.

  • Evan Sanchez

    Coach

    Coach Evan has been around fitness since the age of 14. He is passionate about combat sports such as MMA, boxing, and wrestling. He wrestled all four of High School, including one year of being an assistant coach.

    He has been doing CrossFit since 2013 and coaching since 2014. “I enjoy coaching because I get to meet a wide variety of personalities and help them achieve their goals and even change their mind set in life” he says. Coach Evan’s main goals are to put a smile on everyone’s face and letting everyone know that if they can put their mind to it, they can achieve anything.

  • Ashley Blanco

    Coach

    Coach Ashley has been CrossFitting for several years and around fitness for a good part of her life. Before CrossFit, Ashley was a competitive cheerleader until her college years. She was introduced to the sport through her mom and brother and was looking to get back into a competitive atmosphere after her cheerleading days ended. “I came into a workout with my mom and knew immediately this was what I wanted to do, this was where I wanted to be,” she says. “The journey has been fun and challenging but I can’t imagine my life without it.”

    Ashley wants to spread her knowledge and love for CrossFit through her coaching and she hopes to do exactly that as a new coach here at Crossfit Jaguar!

  • Ali Sadeghinia

    Coach

    A soccer athlete since a young age and playing up into his college years, Coach Ali eventually found his love for a new game – CrossFit. He was introduced to the sport several years ago as he looked for ways to take his training of powerlifting movements like the squat and deadlift to the next level. After committing to his pursuit of athleticism further, Coach Ali naturally fell into the role of coach. As his passion for the sport grew, so did his enthusiasm for helping other members of the CrossFit Jaguar family.

    Coach Ali strives to be a better coach with his consistent desire to learn and looks forward to encouraging you to push past your self-limiting limits.

  • Tony Lehnert

    Coach

    Coach Tony has been involved with CrossFit for 4 years, specializing in Powerlifting, Gymnastics, and Corrective Exercises. He played soccer throughout High School and worked out “bodybuilding” style.

    Since doing CrossFit, he says “being able to advance my technique on my Olympic Lifts and being able to do muscle ups” are his biggest accomplishments. Coach Tony says “I love seeing someone hit a PR or do a movement they’ve never done before. I get a very excited seeing someones functional fitness improve.”

    He is passionate about human physiology and behavior as well as healthy eating. His favorite quote is “I didn’t come this far to only come this far.”

  • Danialle DuPree

    Yoga Instructor

    Danialle has been an avid student of Yoga for close to 23 years.  After taking her first class as a teenager, she knew immediately that she found a practice she wanted to one day share with others. She has become passionate about moving the body in safe and fun ways through yoga as well as its healing benefits for the body, mind and spirit.

    Danialle says “Yoga is a great way to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery and training stamina.  Moving with the breath, working on body awareness, strength and flexibility inspire me to work harder in all areas of my life! Adding in running, CrossFit and powerlifting has enhanced my overall yoga practice and life.”
