Workout of the day – February 23rd, 2017

Warm Up:
4 Cones: Set up 4 cones in a square shape and have kids stand in the center. Call out a cone number and kids run to cone and perform 5 rep of the corresponding exercise.

  1. Push up
  2. Situp
  3. Box Jumps
  4. Squats

KB Deadlift

1 KB Deadlift

10m Bear Crawl

1 Burpee

10m Bear Crawl

*Keep increasing the KB deadlifts and Burpees by 1 rep each round.
