So what brought me to CrossFit was the fact that I started seeing a big change in my friend Jerry and I wanted to start changing my eating habits.
I have to say that one of my achievements has been the accomplishment of being able to do a back squat and a deadlift at a pretty good weight. One of the things that has impacted me about CrossFit Jaguar is how united everybody is and how it feels like a family. Also the coaching in my diet .
What I mostly want to work on is losing more weight, toning up my body and continuing to see the difference in the structure and my goals that I’m trying to achieve.
I have to say that Justin and Kim have been very good motivators with me they always tend to push me even when I just can’t anymore. I love the fact that I’ve been able to actually find that inner beast in me to achieve and accomplish the last set until I can no more. Another goal is to to go skydiving as well.
