  • CrossFit Group Classes

    CrossFit consists of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement geared to optimize your fitness in all capacities. In our CrossFit Group Classes, you will use your brain as well as your muscles, learning and challenging yourself to do things you never thought you could. You will learn proper mechanics, stability, balance and agility – which all improve your everyday life. No matter your age or fitness level, all movements are designed for scalability. All we require from you is effort. By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your current fitness capabilities. CROSSFIT WORKS. You will feel better than you have ever felt, have more energy, accomplish feats you never thought possible, and be stronger than you ever have been physically, mentally and spiritually.

  • CrossFit Lite Group Classes

    CrossFit Lite incorporates many of the same exercises as CrossFit without the technical Olympic weightlifting movements (the snatch and the clean & jerk). Don’t be fooled – It is NOT easier than a typical CrossFit workout. Who is CF Lite for? Anyone that enjoys the fun and camaraderie of small group training and wants overall fitness training that is “get in, get out and get fit!” The classes feature a strength progression using full body movements including body weight, dumbbells, barbells, short distance running, speed and agility drills, interval training and nutritional/lifestyle guidance.

  • CrossFit Corporate

    Exercise and the right nutrition are key to improving employee satisfaction and productivity. Take your workforce to the next level – let us come to you, or we also offer on-site programs. All our Corporate CrossFit programs include a basic strength foundation to build upon under the direct instruction and supervision of our CrossFit Level 1 certified coaches. We include lots of functional work to improve core strength and stability and reduce lower back pain. Build endurance and stamina in fun and challenging ways. The community aspect of CrossFit improves morale, relationships and carries over into all areas of life both in and out of the office.

  • Personal Training

    When it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Whether you’re looking to lose body fat, gain strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or if you prefer a more personal approach, our individualized programming will give you faster results. Your coach will identify and clarify your goals, assess your movements and design a training program to reach your goals and maximize your results.

  • On Ramp

    Starting a new program, especially CrossFit, can be a little daunting. Not to worry! Our On Ramp is a foundational course to acquaint new athletes with the 9 basic weightlifting movements we do in CrossFit, plus the 2 Olympic lifts and all the basics to get you ready for the intensity of regular classes. You have an option of six 1-hour group sessions or five 30-minute private sessions.

  • CF Jaguar’s Competitors

    The Mission: The CF Jaguar Competitor’s Program is directed at making athletes stronger and more skilled in the movements commonly found in local competitions. The Competitor’s Program is integrated with regular classes to preserve the community feel we all love about CrossFit.

    Qualifications: Athletes interested in joining this program will need approval from Coach Antonio. The program is self-guided, so you must be proficient in all movements before beginning. Interested athletes should be performing 90% of class workouts at an RX level and have a firm grasp of Olympic lifting technique. A list of standards has been created to use as guidelines. If you are not able to meet any of these, please discuss your goals with a coach. Individualized programming for skills and strength, as well as personal training, is available.

  • Nutrition

    What are you eating for? Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain muscle, improve performance or educate yourself on a healthy nutritional lifestyle, our coaches will work with you to establish goals, evaluate your current diet, suggest meal plans, provide support and monitor your progress.
